We have absolutely loved working with Sotheby Floors - specifically Jay Robinson. Jay was able to patiently walk us through the various options and help us select a product within our budget that exceeded our expectations. While we installed the flooring ourselves, a Mohawk laminate, Jay was able to provide a crew to help flatten the concrete subsurface at a very reasonable price. He even personally visited our home to ensure that the project was understood and completed properly. Throughout each step of the process, he provided an amazing level of information without being pushy. He also helped us select tile and grout for our new shower teaching us a little about tile design and best practices without telling us what to do. In many senses, Jay felt more like an experienced friend than a salesmen. As we approach other projects around our home, Jay will be the first person we call for anything related to flooring and tile.

Jeff Robinson and Sotheby Floors are the best! We have used Jeff for over 10 years with clients that are buying and selling their homes and we have nothing but good things to say - they are responsive, they have a great selection of carpet and wood floor products, they have a great showroom or will visit you on-site and their pricing is more than competitive. They also provide timely estimates which is very important to us when we're competing for a listing. They are great on the installation side as well and can pretty much work with any schedule given them. A+ to Jeff and his crew...we don't go anywhere else!

Great service and workmanship. We use Sotheby's for an entire house new construction for wood floors, bathroom tiles, and shower pan waterproofing. We've had no issues with their communication or work and would highly recommend them to others!

We've used Sotheby Floors three times in the last ten years, twice for carpeting and once for a wood floor for our kitchen. The selection, service and installation have been excellent. Jeff Robinson worked with us each time and he's absolutely fantastic and so knowledgeable about everything to do with flooring! Last year we remodeled our basement and I didn't know what type of carpeting because the selection was so overwhelming. Jeff and I talked thru what I wanted and I asked him to tell me specifically what type/brand of carpet to look at. He sent me to the store, I got samples, picked one and it's perfect. Seriously, every time I walk downstairs I think to myself "I love this carpet!" I would have never been able pick it without Jeff's help.

NEW REVIEW: JUST HAD MORE WORK DONE BY SOUTHERBY FLOOR AND AGAIN DID A FANTASTIC JOB. HAD ANOTHER ROOM CARPETED AND THE WORKERS WERE DO PROFESSIONAL AND THE COST WAS THE BEST I COULD FIND FOR A VERY HIGH QUALITY CARPET. AND AGAIN JEFF ROBINSON WAS A GREAT SALESMAN. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ALL YOUR FLOORING JOBS. BIG OR SMALL The best service I’ve ever had. Jeff Robinson took care of me as if we were best friends. Great price and great service. Best price I received and I got much higher quality rug. The workers came to my house and were so professional in the way they installed the wall to wall rug. Finished in no time. Jeff came to house after they were done snd did a final inspection just to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Would recommend anyone to use Sotheby’s Floor and Jeff Robinson
